Recognizing this challenge, XGen and Cisco joined forces in 2022. Our shared goal – empowering communities through technology education.
Bridging the Skills Gap
With our mission to revolutionize human capital development through innovative learning solutions, we have been delivering impactful tech courses and certifications. But we sought to strengthen our offerings further and increase our outreach.
Cisco is renowned globally for its industry-leading networking and cybersecurity training programs. But to achieve their vision of enabling worldwide access, dynamic local partners were needed for large-scale skills development.
This mutual purpose brought us together. March 2024, we cemented a strategic Memorandum of Understanding to foster collaboration in key areas like curriculum, training and career services. Learners would benefit tremendously from Cisco’s renowned project-based pedagogy and certifications.
A Proud Moment of Recognition
After months of diligent efforts, last week XGEN proudly received official certification as a Cisco Networking Academy. Our CEO Junaid Aleem accepted the prestigious designation from Cisco Regional Head Asif Hussain.
This validation recognizes XGEN’s capabilities and commitment to developing job-ready talent. It also allows us to offer a wide range of Cisco-authorized courses online and in-person through flexible learning models.
Going Forward Together
As an accredited Academy, XGEN can now offer a wide selection of Cisco authorized courses covering networking fundamentals, cybersecurity essentials, software development and more. Learning is made flexible through in-person, online and blended modes.
